Lucy McCrudden, Founder, Dance Mama talks to Nathalie Harrison about being a parent alongside her 18-year career at The Royal Ballet as well as navigating the third UK lockdown in the COVID pandemic of 2020/21.   Nathalie has left the company in January 2021 and talks about the new, exciting phase in her career as well as reflecting on her experience starting her parenthood journey as a First Artist. She shares the support she was given throughout her pregnancy and re-entering the workspace in such a demanding role, as well as how she currently moves through her career transition to new and exciting opportunities, with a young family in the context of the pandemic.   (Recorded February 2021)
