Jessie Haims is one of the sweetest and kindest people I have had the pleasure of encountering. I have really enjoyed watching her progress her skills from a competitive dancer, to an exceptional yoga teach to now studying strength and conditioning. I wanted to pick her brain on how she transitioned from each area of movement, what she got out of each one, and how combining the area can create more holistic strength and better movement quality.
