Gratitude is a weapon to fight fear and anxiety. Even in your need, choose to worship God anyway. Sometimes we have to remind our soul, our mind, and our circumstances of who our God is. This is something you have to do daily! You have to choose to be thankful when you feel like you are going through the worst time of your life. Being thankful changes your focus! It gets your focus off of the circumstances, and gets it on God.
