Happy New Year everyone! Thank you so much for listening and supporting me this past year! I wanted to create an episode to not only reflect on this past year, but to also bring good energy into 2025 and share some of my goals and intentions with you. Hope you enjoy ;)

I’ve just recently turned 23 and I have been having a few thoughts about my life and the path I’m on “career wise”. In todays episode I wanted to share with you how I approach overcoming setbacks and rejection. Also how I choose to take negativity and shape it into something motivating to help me continue striving for what I want. Please enjoy my TED talk ;)

I can finally announce with confidence that I am back and ready to start consistently podcasting again!
