Dancing Robots Perform Synchronized Routine On Outdoor Stage

Listen Later

Beijing, China – A video filmed by X user Daniel Bovensiepen shows a group of full-sized humanoid robots performing a synchronized dance routine during event activities.

The 20-second clip captures four to five robots dressed in bright, multi-colored outfits, including pink, blue, green, and yellow garments over metallic legs and feet. They move in unison across a black stage, stepping side to side, turning, raising their arms, and shifting weight with precise mechanical coordination while maintaining balance.

One robot on the left stands out by moving across the platform and gesturing with its arms, while the others maintain formation or continue smaller synchronized steps. Behind them, spectators gather behind red barriers, including families with children and people in casual clothing, with some filming on their phones. A large backdrop features cartoon-style robots, a trophy, modern buildings, and text such as “ROBOT MALL” and “E-TOWN Robotics,” while a white event tent and trees are visible beyond the stage.

Music plays over the video with lyrics: “’Cause I need a little, little sympathy… sure know how to love and make it alright… Need a little sweetness in my life… Sugar, you’re just a dream.”

The performance took place around April 19, 2026, as part of the festive atmosphere surrounding Beijing’s second Humanoid Robot Half Marathon in the E-Town district. The main race featured over 100 to 300 humanoid robots competing alongside human runners over a 21 km course, with standout models like Honor’s “Lightning” or “Flash” setting records.
