This week I sit down with martial scientist and MindBody Mastery Mentor Dane Dormio. Dane opens up with his first spiritual awakening experience and talks about bumping into enlightenment. He shares insights on managing consciousness through a daily mind, body, and breath practice and how having a daily practice is like energetic hygiene. Dane's work focuses on stress reduction and he shares how stress is an accumulation of choices that affect us, all the way back through our lineages and with choices we make in the present. He leaves the audience with some wisdom around clearing our minds, and using our brains for having ideas and not holding onto them.
