Do you know the danger of amiliarity (and not familiar)?

Familiarity can become dangerous against the blessing, the rise, the favor in our life ...

 We see several examples in the bible of familiarity ...

Jesus' family was so familiar with him that he did not see who he really was ... his brothers laughed at him and did not receive from him what they could have ...

The Pharisees did not treat him with honor ... they were familiar with him and his family ... and Jesus could not do any miracles for them ...

Vashti was familiar with her position and the king and she was dethroned ...

Pay attention to  familiarity ...

• We should treat our marriage and our spouse as on the first day ... if we would do this, it would not have a last day ... 
• We should treager our relationship with our children as on day one ... if we would do this, our children would grow confident of our presence and our love ...
• We should treat our relationship with God as on the first day ... if we would do this, we would grow much faster to maturity in the fullness of his knowledge and his love.
