It's an early talkie drama about some circus performers starring, among others Clara Bow.

Clara Bow was the first "It" girl, having starred in the film It. She was one of the most popular performers of the silent era, and is widely regarded as the leading sex symbol of the 1920s.

This is Bow's second talkie, of 11. (She also starred in 46 silent films.)
