Good, light, romance that has the ahhhhh factor.
Really nice and well paced love story about two people with deep, old emotional 'baggage' who try fighting their obvious physical attractions by making them into a purely business proposal. However, their partnership brings them closer and closer together and soon the proposal becomes less about business and more about love.
In my opinion, definately worth the credit.

This was a pleasant 5 star surprise. This was a very well developed story and the characters were realistic. All together this was a captivating love story. If you like Sandra Brown, Lynsay Sands, Linda Howard, Lynn Kurland and other like these authors, you will enjoy this author and this story. Audible please get more books by this author. I am a new fan of Barbara Clark!
Great story line!
I wasn't sure about this book at first but as I kept listening I liked it more and more. The narator was ok but I feel like she could have been a little more animated with the characters.

This audiobook was a pure delight! The plot was great, the characters were well defined and fun; overall an awesome read!
Not bad
The performance was good but parts of this story drove me crazy. The main male was a jerk and the main female a pushover. The author started with some basic assumptions about women that were quite insulting. The male found himself attracted to the female when she broke the "mold" of every women he's know by having the occasional bout of strength or independence. But at every opportunity, she succeeded all her power to him. Even after he'd blackmailed and betrayed her. Yeah, entertaining but frustrating.
