In addition they provide an update on the Daniel Penny manslaughter trial. Much of the episode is focused on the dumpster fire that is Chicago and how it's affecting the police officers who work there.

They highlight a public safety advisor in Chicago who makes over 100k per year but fails to keep her vehicle legal and has outstanding warrants.

They turn their main focus on the murder of Ofc. Enrique Martinez in Chicago and why the political landscape of this city caused him and other officers to hesitate on the traffic stop that cost him his life. Officers used to say they'd rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6 but that sentiment is changing. Many officers are finding themselves engaged in dangerous hesitation. Anthony highlights his own examples of hesitation and he and Gary discuss why it's so dangerous for officers.
