Using Scotland joining Great Britain as a case study to compare and contrast America & its colonies; Publius again advocates in favor of one unified America as opposed to many smaller states. The main reason being, come wartime or conflict, rallying an entire nation of people is far easier than generating support from many smaller nations or confederacies.
