This episode is one that I am extremely passionate about. For long listeners of the podcast, you all know that we do not mince words. As a matter of fact, some might say we are rude in our delivery. Of course, I totally disagree. Do not mistake the delivery of the message for what it is trying to say. Creating low expectations creates low self-esteem, effort, and perception of who you truly can become. At least fitness-wise. To say this is one of my favorite episodes to record is true.
