On this episode of the Film Sessions Podcast, we are excited to feature Dani Orlando:
“Dani Orlando was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to the United States in 2016. Film has always been a part of her life, but it wasn’t until she entered the University of Miami that she fell in love with production and storytelling. Bringing her Venezuelan and Italian heritage into the filmmaking process, Orlando has been given a unique perspective on how to effectively yet creatively build a story from scratch. A graduate of UM with a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a major in Motion Pictures and a minor in Spanish, she has worked on many sets as a producer, production manager, and director. Orlando has worked with brands such as ViacomCBS, Paramount, Discovery Kids, Nickelodeon, Walmart, and Univision among many others. She is currently the producer and owner of Orlando Films and is about to start her Master of Fine Arts at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.”
This episode was hosted by Alfred Johnson, a Podcast Host at the Student World Impact Film Festival, and produced by Mark Leschinsky, the Festival Director of the Student World Impact Film Festival.
