Our goal through Private Eyes is to have the public hear audio from cases to explore investigations. In this episode, you will hear audio from CJ’s interview with Cass County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Roy Barker. This interview was conducted two days after Dani Smith was shot. As you know from prior episodes, CJ was along for the ATV ride and stayed by Jeff’s wrecked ATV when it flew off the trailer. The investigators will point out differences in CJ’s interview versus details Jeff gave in his interview technique…or lack thereof.
