Dani Wallace, also known as The Queen Bee, shares her journey of overcoming homelessness and domestic abuse to become a motivational speaker and advocate for inclusion. She created the IATQB business network and the Fly Anyway Foundation to support survivors of domestic abuse in building businesses. Dani emphasises the importance of declaring yourself royalty and creating safe spaces for success. She discusses her documentary, The Festoon Effect, which aims to inspire allies to actively engage in inclusion and learn from diverse experiences. Dani promotes enthusiastic inclusion, which goes beyond tokenism and embraces diversity with joy and richness. She encourages individuals to find their voice, be persistent, and show up consistently as allies. Dani's work has had a positive impact on marginalized communities, and she plans to expand the Big Festoon event and take it to the AO Arena in Manchester and Hollywood. She advises her younger self to use the pain she experienced to create good and reminds others that diamonds are made under pressure.
