In our opening episode of the Dealmaker Series, KPMG host Jo Sheerin is joined by Daniel Bailey and Henry Doyle, who are the Co-Founders of cybersecurity specialist company, Altinet. They are also joined by Graham Pearce, a Partner in KPMG’s Corporate Finance team who lead on the sale of the business to telecommunications equipment and services provider, Arrow Business Communications, in 2020.

Daniel and Henry share their personal experiences of the deal process, including how they decided the time was right to go to market, the challenges they faced and share their advice for any other businesses who might be considering selling their business.
