Daniel Baynton is the Chief Internal Auditor at Quilter plc. but alongside his day-to-day work, he is helping drive the company's mission to welcome a diverse and inclusive workforce. Spurred on by his son's disability, Daniel is passionate about ensuring disabled people are able to see a way forward for themselves in the working world. Daniel welcomed the Taking The Dis team to Quilter's offices in Southampton for a chat.
