In this episode, Daniel Brouns takes us through his experience of losing his mother to acute myeloid leukemia in October of 2015. Daniel offers a generous and tender telling of the days from her diagnosis to her death and the grief that followed. This episode airs on the 7th anniversary of her death, which seemed a fitting way to honor her memory and the sorrow of her absence.
