Our guest today went from being socially anxious and afraid to becoming confident, and sustain himself financially before 20 years old. He says that he was lucky to find his passion so early in life…Daniel was 14 when he first got into a gym. What came after was a transformation that would shape his life. His physique is just a by-product of that transformation, because it all starts in the mind. And the same it happend with him when he fell in love with reading various authors.
