Today I attempt my first ever interview on the show! I'll be discussion with my friend Daniel the idea of Breaking Up With Silence. We talk about his experiences with using silence as a way of avoiding conflict and pain and parts of his journey where he learned to use his voice whilst still staying true to who he is.
