In the 2nd hour, I was joined by quarterly guest and the first BBQ editor in the country, Daniel Vaughn, from Texas Monthly. We discussed the passing of Anthony Bourdain, the 2018 Class for the BBQ Hall of Fame. Daniel has a vote for the HOF and said my generally poor attitude keeps me out of contention. We also discussed his new podcast effort at TMBBQ and we finished debating wheter or not steak restaurants should temp steaks or not.
