This episode is special to me because it features one of my dearest friends and fellow teacher at my home shala Ashtanga Yoga Columbus: Danielle DePompei. 

When I first Danielle immediately knew she one of my people. She was kind and considerate and hardworking.  She was a good student who dedicated herself to the practice of Ashtanga yoga. She also became my dear friend and one of my yoga sisters. She moved to Columbus and started our night Mysore program at Ashtanga Yoga Columbus.
