It’s our first time interviewing twins in the studio! Danny and Eddy Bucan just bought a house, and they are here to share their experience with us on our show. Find out about their one-year house shopping spree in the Utah real estate market and how they landed the house they were looking for in the Salt Lake City area.

Tired of renting and giving their money to someone else, Danny and Eddy started the process of shopping for a home in January of 2021. They’ve been house shopping for a year before they finally closed on a home that was an excellent fit for them. Their real estate agent, Andrew, was a great facilitator in finding homes with many of their checklist items. As a result, the twins could close on a house with their second offer, so they didn’t have to put in many different multiple offers on homes.
