In this episode, Ray (your host) gets the opportunity to meet and connect with a local LA legend known as the “Hollywood Trainer”, Mr. Danny Joe of DannyJoeFitness. Originally born in South Korea, Danny came to the US with his family as a child, in what we learn to be very humble beginnings, but nevertheless, a crucial factor into shaping Danny to becoming the humble man he is today.

Danny not only discuss his life experiences including his victories, but he also graciously allows us to address the major obstacles he’s faced during his career in health and wellness (body building) including the criticism and false claims made about him. Despite the negative public notion or doubters, Danny’s transparency, as content creator/influencer, in his faith and peace with himself, is a refreshing and humbling reminder that true happiness comes first from true peace with yourself.

Danny’s authentic nature in his beliefs and lifestyle have always allowed him to stay grounded, but he remains relentless in his pursuit to maximizing his life and his own potential as a solider of Christ.
