Danny Low ‘11 discusses his journey through Pomona and deciding to be pre-med while also pursuing other interests such as learning Swahili. He recounts his experience in Malawi before beginning medical school, provides advice for applying to medical school, and encourages students to reach out and find mentors throughout their process. As a Family Medicine Physician, Danny touches on all the different ways he is involved with medicine including practicing medicine, being an advocate, and teaching residents.
