Danny Talks About... The Suicide Squad, the newest movie from DC Comics. In this sequel to the film the studio wished didn't exist, Amanda Waller assembles a new team of misfits to take on the end of the world. While this is definitely not a Christian movie (language, violence, blood and guts, and brief nudity) the Suicide Squad presents some challenging issues of ethics and whether a person is too far gone to be saved. Check out this week's podcast within a podcast as Danny looks for Christian themes and how this movie can point us to God in the process. 

For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God.
