Our RockIT guest today is Daphna Horowitz, South African-born global businesswoman. Speaker, coach, author, podcaster and actuary (just to round it off) as well as a wife, mother and dedicated friend.   

Today's episode dived into both her world in many ways. Daphna's journey to success, her opinions on leadership and tips for starting a successful online business.   

When asked what advice would Daphna share with managers she was quick to say “Find your zone of genius and work at that. Know yourself and your core values.” This allows you to know yourself and quickly see if you are in the right place.
