Dr. Josh Belfer speaks to one of his closest friends in medicine (and outside of it) Dr. Kinjal Desai. Dr. Desai is a pediatric cardiologist, and is finishing her training in pediatric intensive care. Josh and Kinjal speak about their journeys from medical school to fellowship. They discuss the important mentors they had throughout their medical training, and the qualities that make a great medical student, resident, and physician.
