Atlanta-based singer and pianist Dara Carter is currently touring and performing music from her second album, “ Hello Freedom ,” released May 31. Carter is a life-long musician whose musical training is rooted in the classical and jazz styles, however, her solo work has evolved and developed into a form all its own.
