On today's episode we feature visual artist and art therapist Darcy Wade! This was an informative talk where we discussed the varying modalities of art therapy and how one can incorporate some of it's common practices into their own life. We also spoke about the importance of nature, Darcy's newly sober lifestyle, and addiction and how it affects each person differently. You know the episode wouldn't be complete if we didn't get a little fringe; those topics included forest bathing, the phenomenon of Clairvoyance and her many iterations, as well as frequencies and auric cleansing through bass music!
