Life can throw you some unexpected things. What came up for me is the story I want to share with you about what happened in my family and with my sister. The sudden death of my brother and finding out my oldest sister had lung cancer - one day after another - I was called to support my sister in her cancer treatment. I ministered to her and performed energetic treatment to keep her body healthy during chemotherapy and radiation. I could see the change coming, I just didn’t know what it would look like…"

Today’s question: Is consciousness difficult or are people just lazy? Now what kind
of a question is that? And what do you mean “are people just lazy”. Doesn’t
everybody want to be more conscious or have a flow in life where things are easy,
no pain, no struggles? It has nothing to do with being lazy, people say. And I say,
most people don’t want to be more conscious and it has everything to do with being
lazy. Let’s dive in."

In this episode, I will offer you the 3 C’s if you dare to be conscious and stop being
lazy. The 3 C’s are Commitment, Consistency and Choice:

1. Commitment; are you 100% committed to you?
2. Consistency; are you showing up every day?
3. Choice; just choose, even if you think it’s the wrong choice

A mother-child relationship can be very intense and unfortunately not everybody can
say they have a good relationship with their parent. This title mentions the mother,
but of course this can be said about a father too. There are deep rooted beliefs in
society about how to behave towards your mother and father. Like the phrase you
hear even in the case you have no contact with one or both of your parents: “Well,
whatever happens, she is still your mother… That one could have someone
triggered or at least frown to get to some kind of understanding of the meaning of it.

We will dive into this and I would like to offer you my point of view about a few
different elements, I have experienced, are part of this conversation. Three key
points for today:

• How breaking energetic cords will set you free
• You not choosing to let go is a choice too
• What if the trigger is actually a gift?
