Child sexual abuse is one of society’s most devastating and silenced crimes. In this deeply personal episode, I open up about my experience with child sexual abuse- a story rooted in pain, but blooming into healing, resilience, and hope. This conversation isn’t easy, but it’s necessary. Together, we confront the realities of abuse, its lasting impact, and the strength it takes to reclaim your voice. My story is one of survival, but also of hope — proof that healing is possible, and no one is ever too broken to begin again.
This episode is for anyone who has ever felt silenced or alone in their trauma. You are not defined by what happened to you — you are defined by the courage it takes to heal. Together, we confront the darkness and talk honestly about what it means to live, heal, and fight for a safer world for children. Please share this episode and help spread awareness!

Bre shares her top 5 tips and habits that have helped her navigate postpartum and find her way back to herself. We hope this meets you right where you are.
Postpartum is a journey and everyones journey is different. The postpartum period for moms is unlike anything and it deserves more awareness and to be openly talked about and through. You are not wrong for feeling the way you do. You are not wrong for wanting and needing a break. Ask for help- it takes a village. And as a mom who has walked through postpartum 1x times, share a helping hand to the new moms who are walking this path for the first time or again. Give yourself and each other grace. You are an amazing mom. Nobody can mother your child like you can. You are a superhero- celebrate your strength and the depths of your maternal love.
