Failure is a part of living, even for leaders and maybe even especially for leaders. When a person puts themselves “out there,” tries new things, they are almost certainly going to fail sometimes. However, this potential for failure does not prevent the leader from trying the new thing. So the leader musters courage deep within to press on. They give the best they have. They fail boldly, and then rise again to face new challenges.
