We go dark with the Dark and Stormy cocktail. Bekah gives us a brief history of the island of Bermuda, ghost ships, shipwrecks, and the Bermuda Triangle mystery. Drinking: Dark and Stormy

2 oz. dark rum

1/2 tbsp ginger syrup or simple syrup

3 to 4 oz. ginger beer

2 lime wedges

1 or 2 slices fresh ginger (optional)

Fill an old fashioned glass with ice. Add fresh ginger. Add the rum and simple syrup and stir. Top with ginger beer. Squeeze a lime wedge over the drink and drop it in.
