in today's episode, we discuss life and death cycles and the ways in which holding these life and death cycles does NOT negate the importance of veganism.

important note: as specified at the end of the podcast, if you had an abortion experience you feel you did not feel fully, suppressed emotions on, or accumulated karmic debt with: you are not trapped in this. the way to move through this is to communicate with that spirit telling the spirit your truth- that you didn't know how else to move through it at the time or that you would like to create a spiritual release between you two now even though you didn't specify that before, and also feel your authentic feelings (anger, happiness, sadness, joy, etc). create a ritual on a specific night where you feel into these feelings, ritualistically release the experience and the soul, etc.

*note: just because a soul chose to reincarnate as a cow that is being raised for slaughter does not mean you are free in your karma to slaughter the cow. the cow's karma is its own , and your karma is your own. if you choose to eat the cow, you have now just created your own karma. the cow has its own, and so do you.
