In a small, rural farming town, four men mercilessly gun down and kill the town outcast while he's hiding in the middle of a field in a scarecrow outfit. When the law fails to put them away for their crimes, the men walk off thinking they got away scot-free....Or at least they do until they start seeing a familiar looking scarecrow pop up in their fields, and the men start to inexplicably painful deaths one-by-one...
