Ahh, darkness. Also referred to as trauma, inner wounds, low vibrations, or its' more popular name among spiritual communities - shadow work. No matter what you label darkness, the energy of it is the same - it can be painful, confusing, overwhelming. Which is why we tend to spend so much time invested in trying to transcend it completely.

But I've come to discover that darkness can be an amazing opportunity for powerful transformation to happen, and this episode is all about exploring this concept.
