Darren Heil is a Managing Director in the Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase. After law school, he joined Cravath as a litigation associate before moving into the Firm’s Tax Department. In the Season 2 finale of On Tax, Darren talks to Cravath partner and host Len Teti about his career path being hired in-house to an investment bank and some of the current trends he is seeing in the deal space.
