Not only did he take time to dive into his process and show us how he works with trim sheets, but he also shared incredibly valuable insight with us.
His advice for someone looking to get into the Industry?
Of course, you need to demonstrate a strong technical understanding of 3ds Max, Maya, ZBrush, Substance, Marmoset Toolbag.
More important, have a solid portfolio. Even if you don't have a lot of projects, make sure the portfolio is polished.
Let your passion for the work show.
And tell a story. :)
