There are days that I feel like all I do is make decisions. SO much so that ‘decision fatigue’ is real. I get home and the kids ask “what’s for tea” and I honestly could not care – could someone else just decide!? Leaders can alleviate decision fatigue by sharing some of the load with their team – you don’t have to do it all alone. But what if you don’t have a team? Or your team are not quite at that level? I always come back to the data…. In this episode I’m going to share with you how to make data driven decisions – honestly, if you have the right data, most decisions become easy, or at least easier.
