So, you got your data scientists, right? Building amazing stuff. Then you got your security folks, always saying "no" to everything, and the IT ops people, just trying to keep the lights on. The teams operate in their own little worlds, with their own little rules. This creates friction, like rubbing two sticks together, but without the fire, just frustration. Where the teams meet--that's where the real problems pop up. Think of it: securing AI models or jamming them into the existing IT stuff. Not pretty. Brückner says, "Hey, how about we all talk to each other?" He wants to see some better ways of working together, like a team, not a bunch of cats in a bag. Better tools, maybe a different way of organizing things. Makes sense, right?
