RED SQUADS! This is an interesting one. Red Squads are Police units that surveille not criminals, not terrorists but regular people who could be the cause of an uprising of sorts within the general population. Back in the 70s it was the Black Panthers but today who would it be? The far Right? The extreme left? People who post memes?... PODCASTERS!? ENJOY!
