This week on Date Night with the Dead, we're diving into the chilling legend of the Bell Witch. From the mysterious death of John Bell to an encounter that allegedly left even Andrew Jackson shaken, we'll explore one of America's most infamous hauntings. Was it a vengeful spirit, something far more sinister, or simply a legend that grew darker with time?

Join us for episode 3 where we discuss our favorite haunted mansion, known as the House on the Hill. The Beattie Mansion was built in 1854 for Armstrong and Eliza Beattie. After their passing the mansion lived many lives as a "Home for the Friendless", "The Memorial Home for the Aged", and later a home for the mentally ill and substance abuse addicts. We discuss the complicated history of the mansion, the subsequent hauntings, as well as our own experiences.

From things that made us question what was really happening to experiences that were difficult to explain away, we’re sharing what happened, what we think may have been going on, and how this house changed the way we looked at the paranormal.
