In this episode, I sat down with my husband and reflected on our first year of dating and how BPD affected our initial relationship. We met in summer 2015 and I got diagnosed in January of 2016, so my husband saw all the ups and downs that lead to me finally receiving a diagnosis. It was a hectic, intense, and emotional time but here we are, being able to reflect back and share what we learned. Hopefully, this can help offer some insight into what dating is like while living with BPD and how it might affect your partnership.
