In this episode, Matt, Steve, and Jessica will dive back into Steve and Jessica’s journal entries from the period when they had patched things up to try and give dating another try. They were each going through a very tough time because things were not working out as they had expected. 

They go back to June 10, 2012, when Steve was journaling about his spiritual struggles. He believed that he had lost connection with God due to his inability to stop pursuing a gay lifestyle, and he used to act out all the time to make himself feel better even though some of the time it would only make him feel a lot of turmoil.
