    • His childhood memories growing up in Pittsburgh, PA are dominated by sports
    • Inspiration for his comedy came from watching David Letterman
    • Feels that his journey to LA and career is a product of dumb luck
    • Bobby Knight agreed to allow him to interview him in Assembly Hall while he was a student at Indiana and Coach Knight swore at him
    • His first comedy writing job was on the show Sports Geniuses which is where he was ultimately connected with Kevin Hench and then would meet Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla
