New Horizons Life Skills is a Nashville nonprofit agency that has supported adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 50 years since 1971. This podcast is a platform to discuss topics surrounding the greater disability community, particularly focusing on education, self-advocacy, and awareness.Each day we operate according to our mission: to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by advocating for their rights and dignity, providing person-centered services and programs, and ensuring their independence through meaningful work, living conditions, and access to the community.
