Mr. David F. Herche is the Executive Chairman of Enerfab, Inc. and West Chester Protective Services.  Mr. Herche’s career and passion has been two-fold: turning failing companies into successful ones and cultivating positive change in the community. 
Enerfab was failing when Mr. Herche took over in 1988.  It is now an 800 million dollar company.  
He has served on countless boards or finance committees over the years, including places such as Cincinnati Works and Talbert House.  
He received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky in both 1996 and 2008, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the Thomas C. Page Entrepreneurial Center at Miami University in 2003.
