In this episode, we dive deeper into some context of the Podcast and some of the things you can expect to hear on future episodes. From there, we will dive deeper into routines, awareness, and how specific role models present in our lives have a direct correlation with our belief structure and decisions we make on a day-to-day basis.
If you are feeling "stuck", or simply "Unhappy", know you're NOT alone, and sometimes finding clarity and reflecting on where we are at the present moment and where it is we want to direct yourself towards may be the next best thing to finding the motivation and inspiration to work on ourselves and live in the best version of ourselves.
Hope you enjoy this episode, let me know your feedback and also any topics I may have missed or would like to be discussed further.

The Next Chapter of this Podcast Series discusses fulfillment and living from a lens of abundance and opportunity.
I discuss some of the things I am up to, how you can position yourself in front of more opportunities and how to leverage mentors and coaches (with self-development/education) to become more fulfilled and solve bigger problems you're fully capable to tackle.
I would love your feedback and letting me know some of the topics you'd like to see in this Podcast and if they align we will absolutely include them in future topics and conversations.

In this episode, I wanted to dive deeper into my health and how my close call with the C-word helped reshape my perspective towards health.
A mentor of mine once mentioned, "treat your body like your million dollar racehorse". It's something that stuck with me, and now is part of a lifestyle I intend to maintain for the long-term.
I would love to know your feedback, and how this episode helped put some perspective and awareness into your life!

If we acknowledge life is about the journey, and not the destination... when we embark that journey (or if we do) has an effect on the fulfillment of our lives, and during the obstacles and the failure do we see it worth the reward to go through that risk? Well, let's decipher that in this episode, and how it has played out for me (up to now). It's critical for us to gain perspective and awareness to make the decisions that lead to our journey of fulfillment.
I hope you enjoy this episode, let's connect on your thoughts and feedback on this episode, and on anything you would like to discuss!

I've been putting alot of emphasis on mindset, and our state of mind. Like any other muscle, working out our mind is as important as working out our body. In the age of mental health, our viewpoint in life will either make us stronger or steer us into depression (or the happiness meter as I describe it). Practicing small daily routines can steer us in the right direction, and in this episode, I wanted to share how it's helped me move forward (even in dark, uncertain times).
Let me know your thoughts, and feedback and how this episode can (hopefully) help steer your ship in the right direction.

In this episode, I wanted to go over the importance of everything I've compounded in my previous episodes.
From our environment, our failures, our changes in life... and what continues to be thrown our way. What we do with it, and how we determine to grow from it (rather than letting it define us) is ultimately, what our reality will transpire to be.
Hope you enjoy this episode, let me know your feedback!

In this episode, I wanted to share something I have been thinking about lately. It's something that I've reflected on based on where I find myself today. It all comes back down to my previous failures, my elements to change, and seeing things from a different scope. If we are exposed to different environments, different people and places... the change it can have on our lives is huge. The more we are exposed to change, our angle towards change becomes attainable (and tangible). The first step is awareness... hope you enjoy this episode as I did making it for you.
In this episode, I felt it within to discuss something on my mind that something creeps up on us... FEAR! The fear of failure, the fear of the unknown... so many things that at times keeps us at a standstill. Sometimes that other side of the unknown may hold the key to your better self, and it's why I wanted to share some insight on this topic (more will come in this regard)! Hope you enjoy it!
In this Episode, I wanted to discuss my experience with our environment, the way it plays a role within our reality, and the choices that we make. When I was younger, my mother would tell me "Dime con quien tu andas, y te dire quien eres" which means "Tell me who you're surrounding yourself with, and I will tell you who you are". I did not understand it at the time, but it has become a HUGE indicator of who I am and the choices I had made. Now, keeping that context with me I go out and try to surround myself with positive role models, mentors, and those who help grow my mindset that in return builds my belief structure and confidence (discussed in my previous episode). It has fueled my growth. Enjoy, and let me know your feedback!
Thanks for joining me on Episode 03 where I discussed how my beliefs and my confidence helped shaped my foundation towards change and towards what I aspired to become (and how it can change yours). In this episode, I discuss the importance of changing your skills and how it changed my life when I applied the principles of mindset, confidence, belief, and then applying a new set of skills that allowed me to "get out of Egypt". This will help guide you in steering your ship towards change (if you seek to have a different outcome in your day to day life).
