Dave Willson is the President of TL Fab, a steel fabrication company based in Southern California.  With a finance degree from Notre Dame, Dave started his career with a small family run business and in a steady progression, gained additional experience while adding an MBA from USC.  Enjoy Dave's insights on leadership and education, as well as the importance of mentors in his career.
